Designed to embrace Queensland's tropical lifestyle, this magnificent property has expansive spaces that can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests across its two levels, featuring six en-suite bedrooms.

 

   

Prepare to embark on an exciting journey of discovery as you enter the property. The secure gated, private driveway meanders through the world heritage-listed rainforest, leading you to the hillside house. The parking area offers garage space for three vehicles and outdoor space for several more, ensuring your comfort and convenience from the moment you arrive.

Both levels are wheelchair-friendly on arrival, ensuring accessibility for all guests.

On the upper main level, you'll find three king-size bedrooms, each with its own en-suite and breathtaking views. The 90m² master bedroom is a luxurious haven with spacious closets, a double vanity, a large walk-in shower, a spa bath, and even a bidet.

The upper level encompasses an expansive living and dining space, complete with two large dining tables, comfortable couches, and a large screen TV. The fully equipped open kitchen, with its sea views, seamlessly integrates with the living and dining areas, boasting a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and two large fridges and freezers. A separate pantry and laundry room, equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board, provide additional convenience. A standalone guest powder room is also situated on this floor. The highlight of the upper level is undoubtedly the vast full-length front balcony, where you can soak in the panoramic ocean views and the enchanting world heritage surroundings.

The lower level of the house features three more generously appointed king-size bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and spectacular view.
